Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast) is used for your basic yard sign. It is 4 millimeters thick
and is not meant for permanent signage. For larger signs or signs which may need a
little more strength, we offer 6 mm and 10mm Coroplast. This is normally the most cost
effective material we offer.
Signs and Substrates
Below is a list and brief description of our different products and materials to help you in picking out an
appropriate material for your signage.
PolyMetal  is used for more permanent, rigid  signage, especially when the sign is
being mounted against a flat surface. It is 3mm thick and is composed of two thin
sheets of aluminum with a solid rubber core. Larger signs with no reinforcement may
bend or break.
Alumacorr or Alumalite is used for large, permanent, rigid  signage. It is 6mm thick
with a corrugated rubber center sandwiched between two sheets of aluminum. The
only downside to this material is its tendency to "dimple" when abused, or when hit
with harder material.
Aluminum  is the ultimate in permanent, small signage, being almost impervious to
most abuse. Real estate companies usually use aluminum for their yard signs. We
carry two different thicknesses; .040 for smaller signs which are inserted into frames
and .080 which, at almost 1/8" thick, is virtually indestructible. Most road signs are
made from this material.
Single-color banners are made from 10 oz. vinyl with grommets every 12". Full-color banners are
printed on 13 oz. vinyl material and grommeted to your specifications.

Custom materials are available for banner printing such as cloth, canvas, Tyvek, and many more.
Please ask for our selection. Custom materials are special order items and may take additional
time to ship.
We can produce just about anything you can imagine for your vehicle. An alternative to a wrap,
single graphics or lettering can get you noticed for less money. We can do single-color lettering
on doors and windows, or for a little more punch, a full color vinyl piece. For your windows, we
also carry "Vision Film", a one-way view-through vinyl. Call for pricing!
Vehicle Lettering
Lighted Signs, Marquees, and Neon
Storefronts and marquees usually use backlit acrylic signs for greater visibility at night. Acrylic
sign faces are great for backlighting. We can do one-color to full-color on various thicknesses.
1/8" for smaller signs, 3/16" - 1/4" for larger panels. The only restrictions are your imagination
and your pocketbook!
Neon signs make a tremendous statement. All signs are custom made to your specifications.
Please allow extra time for manufacturing.
LED Message Boards give you the most bang for the buck! Made for large outdoor viewing,
these cost effective boards can even be made to show photographs and animation. Available in
single-color red or amber, or full-color versions, banks, car dealerships, and real estate
companies already know the value of these top-of-the-line marketing tools. Please allow 6
weeks lead time for manufacturing and shipping.
For that rustic but chic look, nothing beats a sandblasted sign. Made from an
industry-specific product, these signs have longevity well beyond wood. Any
number of colors can be used to make your personal statement. Please allow
plenty of lead time for manufacturing.

Logo Design and Branding
If you are starting up your company, or wanting a new look, our design specialists will work with
you to come up with something truly unique. We can design single and full-color logos and
signage to meet your needs, all at a very reasonable price. We will provide you with a CD
containing the various types and sizes of logos you will need for printing, labeling, and signage.
Business Cards
The best way to bring in business other than referrals! We offer full-color business cards
printed on 14pt. Kromecote (twice the thickness of most business cards) with a high gloss
